Northwest Precast is searching for self-motivated, growth oriented, and mechanically skilled people to join our team. We are a thirty-year-old company with full backlog of work through 2024. We manufacture architectural precast concrete – whether it’s the concrete wall panels hanging on a downtown high-rise, or the concrete stairs at the train station. Ours is a high quality, production focused work environment, with teams of individuals who make it happen every day.

Can you read and understand intent from assembly shop drawings and specifications; perform complete error free material take-offs; confidently work with Standard and Metric measurements and calculations; safely and efficiently operate all the tools of a shop; and effectively communicate with manufacturing team members to deliver complicated, high production formwork structures? If so, we could be made for each other. Our future together demands you be able to work comfortably with a skilled production team, and be highly competent in planning, thinking, and working independently. Must have a self-motivated work ethic, be honest and reliable, with a positive can-do attitude.

Successful candidates will have experience working in manufacturing environment; OSHA certification or be able to study, take and pass; desire to take direction, be self-motivated, and work independently; perform best in a physical environment working with their hands; take pride and satisfaction in producing quality work; have positive impact working in small groups of high performers; a proven track record of sticking with it and getting results; want to be a valued contributor, is teachable, and able learn quickly; has flexibility in their hours, is reliable, and wants more responsibility; and has a positive can-do attitude and work ethic.
