Fall of 2022, Northwest Precast completes construction of its new 80,000sf manufacturing facility in Puyallup, Washington. Northwest Precast acts as self-performing general contractor as well manufacturer of insulated precast wall panels. Northwest Precast Erectors installed insulated wall panels and managed building structural and loose steel erection. New facility includes 60,000sf of radiant floor heating with water recovery and recycle system, 4,000sf metal fabrication and carpentry shops, interior concrete batching system with 1yd and 3yd output planetary mixers, 10-ton and 30-ton overhead cranes, and eight hydraulic metal form tables.
